QHY12 is a 14.2 Megapixels APS-C size one-shot-colour CCD camera with -40°C thermoelectric cooling. The smaller pixel size (5.12μm) allows you to achieve a higher sampling resolution than the QHY10's 6.05μm. Similar to QHY8 series, the QHY12 also uses a compact cylindrical case which can be very advantageous for Hyperstar f/2 system.
