Update #1 — PoleMaster

First of all, thank you all for the fantastic support for placing your pre-orders of PoleMaster with us. There are a few good news and a potentially disappointing news we are gonna share with you.

Bad news first. We promised you to ship your PoleMaster by the end of this week. Unfortunately, our shipment has been delayed. 

Now the good news. Originally we promised you 3D-printed plastic adapter during our pre-order campaign. However, we managed to secure the very limited quantity of metal adapters for our pre-order customers at no extra charge! The first batch we receive are compatible with EQ5/6 and NEQ6 Pro. 

Further good news to other mount users. The following metal mount adapters are also available now. We will have them in a week. 

Back to the delay. We will receive our shipment as soon as this Friday and we will try our best to ship them out to EQ5/6 or NEQ6 users by this weekend. For other mount users, we will send your PoleMaster out as soon as we receive your adapters.
